The schematic image compares three methods for antigen-specific T-cell response: ELISpot/FluoroSpot, Flow cytometry-ICS/AIM, and AIMSpot.

 

AIMSpot involves multiple cycles of T-cell activation, with each cycle lasting 10 minutes (subject to further optimization) and gentle diffusion-driven washes. Post-activation the cells can undergo cycles of antibody staining. We fully automated intracellular cytokine staining protocol.
